What is couselling?
Counselling provides a safe, supportive and confidential environment in which to explore feelings and emotions, without being judged.
It is a natural path to finding more effective ways of coping with any concerns, which may be causing emotional difficulty.
Counselling can help you to move towards new goals, and develop more effective ways of coping with those concerns, which may at present seem unmanageable.
Both registered psychologists and counsellors/therapists who do not have any formally recognised psychology training may provide counselling.
